Glad my frenz love this dessert on their first try βπ»οΈ The honey toast itself was already crispy & tasty π Matcha ice cream enhanced the delight π This was such an instagrammable dish that even my dear frenz were busy snapping away and this was like a very very rare stuff that they would do π

SERIOUSLY who could resist succulent scallop that is pure seafood paradise in your mouth as you pair with your favourite carbo base. The scallops tasted so flavourful, slightly sweet that you just wish there was more on your plate, especially so for the Baby scallops topped on mentaiko pasta. Oh ya and the royal matcha latte is just soooo 'instagrammable' when there's 3 layers , something alike to recent Starbucks matcha&espresso fusion? Okay nuff said, I gonna dig in now π

Craving for this Matcha Honey Toast ($19.9) from Dazzling Cafe that I tried a while back. There's no such thing as too much whipped cream! I prefer this light toast to some others I've tried, the toast is crisp, not overly toasted and not drenched in too much butter.
Definitely want to go back for more of that whipped creamβ¦ π
