Reviews of good food at Creamier (Gillman Barracks)

Celebrating Friday-eve with a scoop of rich Espresso ice cream capped with the perennial favourite Roasted Pistachio that is all nutty, smooth and fragrant; stacked up on Creamier's signature waffles.

Probably still my favorite waffles and ice cream place! Come here if you want to skip the queues! (7.8/10)

Spent $17 on a waffles (set of 2) and 3 massive scoops of ice cream. The waffles here are always good and I've never been disappointed with Creamier. We went with a rich Black Forest, the (always good) pistachio and the Horlicks - which in its own malty way, oddly had an after taste of mushroom soup. Eh?

Also, this location tucked away in Gillman Barracks has to be my favourite ice cream spot - though slightly more annoying to get to.

Known for its ice cream and waffles, this Burpple Hot 100 favourite is completely deserving of its place in our list. Their freshly churned ice cream is consistently good, and we like how they often introduce seasonal flavours to keep things fresh. They have several knockout flavours on their regular menu, with Roasted Pistachio ($4.50) and Earl Grey Lavender ($3.50) topping the list of the Burpple community's favourites. Ice cream here starts from $3.50 a scoop, with premium flavours going at $4.50 a scoop. If it's available, don't hesitate to have a scoop of the Peanut Butter and Jelly ($4.50), which hits the perfect balance of sweet and savoury. Consider getting their fluffy Waffle ($9 with a scoop of ice cream), which soaks up the ice cream perfectly while remaining crisp around the edges. Pro tip: They are opening a new outlet in Tiong Bahru in the fourth quarter of the year — we can't wait!
Avg Price: $5 per person

Finally managed to try creamier, and this place was packed! The chocolate was so good, and the Thai milk tea too. Not super pricey as well. Will definitely try the waffles next time when we have more of an appetite!

Unrejectable is the word I will use even though it doesn't exist at all. Creamier, imho, serves the best pistachio ice cream, at least in Singapore. 😋

Yay i finally get to try the highly raved icecream! Ordered waffles with pistachio and sea salt gula melaka ($9+$3 for extra scoop) and a cup of gryphon earl grey tea($4.50), Indeed the waffle smell so good, the icecream flavour are genuinely made with quality gula melaka and pistachio. 👍🏻4/5

Since it's just near my area, we had our dessert here before she sent me back home. We had our favorite ice cream as usual and luckily we came somehow few minutes earlier before the crowd started.

✨9/10✨
.
My absolute favourite waffles/ice cream combination in Singapore! The waffles are always crispy on the outside with a soft batter within. The pistachio and earl grey and lavender ice cream are also my favourite flavours across them all!

Due to the large crowd, their waffles weren't as crispy as always but still fluffy & moist. As always, their ice cream was delicious (my go to chosen flavours are pistachio & earl grey) and I'd go back any day

Right after I entered the shop, the heavenly smell of waffles put me on an instant good mood 😍
Earl grey ice cream smells strong yet not overpowering, it matches well with ferrero ice cream paired with crispy waffles 😋

And this applies to ice cream too. Despite expanding to Gillman Barracks and some people are still asking "where is that?", this Creamier branch still draws a good crowd especially at night and during weekends.

Since you have already come all the way here, please, get two scoops of ice cream. The Rum & Raisin flavour is ok, though I personally prefer it to be a little more alcoholic. And the seasonal Chocolate Banana flavour won't go wrong because it's chocolate yah?

This time we had waffles with Horlicks Chocolate Chip and Hokey Pokey, which was vanilla with honeycomb chunks ($13). Hokey pokey was surprisingly not too sweet and cloying, and I liked the chunks of honeycomb in it. Horlicks chocolate chip was quite sweet, but reminded me of my younger days where I would drink holicks with condensed milk 😄.
