We came in group of 6, and had a mix of pork and chicken cutlet, which came up to about $20/pax after service charges. Food was decently delicious. However, restaurant seems to be short-handed, so note to customers to be patient.
I came here together with my friend for lunch.
Ordered the Pork Cutlet Omelet Curry ($16.90) with level 2 spiciness. The curry was not bad. Spicy enough for me to enjoy the heat. The curry paired well with the silky omelet and perfectly cooked rice. The pork cutlet was not bad, though I wish it was crispier and more tender.
My friend got the Chicken Cutlet Curry ($13.90), standard spiciness with an additional 120g of rice ($1.50) and a boiled egg ($1.10). The chicken cutlet was much better compared to the pork. It was crispy and not too tough.
Overall what I like about this place is the fact that you can customize the amount of rice and spiciness of the curry. However service could use improvement as it did take quite some time before we managed to order our food.
Fail safe curry rice to comfort me in a time of crisis hehe. Was having one two weeks ago so I decided to indulge in both the katsu and the egg! Definitely lifted my mood.
Though you cannot compare with the standards in Japan but it is still not bad. The sauce is slightly salty which definitely needs the rice to gp with it.
Simple, straight to the point curry beef rice! All you can ask for an weekday dinner.
Dad's a vegetarian, so we're really pleased to find quite a handful of options for him here. This curry is served with lady's fingers and tofu, and we added a hard-boiled egg and kimchi for him. Our thoughtful waitress also informed us that non-spicy/kid-friendly-level of curry is suitable for vegetarians (while anything from Level 1 spiciness onwards contains beef stock) 👍
