Another childhood breakfast favorite lost-and-found. Sprinkle the brown sugar and grated coconut onto of the steamy hot rice vermicelli pancake, and that's its ready to eat.
Reminiscent of the delicious apam I had in Sri Lanka. This rendition included kaya oozing from in its soft and plush middle. The outer ring is a total different crisp texture. Achieved only through a mini wok.
