Originating from Osaka, @chojirosg at Church Street is known for its authenticity and fresh sushi and sashimi.

You can expect an exciting menu of traditional cuisine including soups, grilled, fried dishes, cold side dishes and sashimi, catered to every taste bud. The sushi selection at @Chojiro is massive, with close to 60 types of sushi! I highly recommend the 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐤𝐨 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐤𝐮 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐢, 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐤𝐨 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐢 and 𝐒𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐢 𝐘𝐮𝐳𝐮 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐢!

Surprisingly good though I'm not a big fan of mayo and salmon. The onion gave a nice crunch to the salmon. The rice was a little soft to my liking, and some of them didn't stick together properly, but other than that, the quality is pretty good.

Note this cosy 47-seater restaurant down for quick no-brainer bites along Church Street. Helmed by a team of six Japanese sushi chefs, expect no less but quality Osakan fare — this includes having their seafood flown in fresh every day! Highlights include their fatty Tuna Nigiri ($2.99 for two), Salmon Nigiri ($3.99) and the sweet Kyoto-style Pressed Mackerel Sushi ($4.99). For those who can't make up their mind, opt for the Hanahitohira set ($28.99) that includes 10 types of sushi, chawanmushi and sides.

One of the best Japanese food restaurant with reasonable price tag in CBD. It’s cosy little space
that fits at most 6 pax per table. It has became my number 1 to go place for Japanese food during work day now. The sushi here resembles those I had in Japan. 👍🏻
