[CLOSED] Chirashi-Tei (Manulife Centre)

With only $10 in my lunch purse, I thought I wouldn't be able to have a decent meal to satisfy my Japanese food craving. But I was wrong. A former SMU grad shared that I can get a bowl of tappuri (means plentiful in Japanese) Bara Chirashi for just $9.90 at Food Republic @ Manulife Centre opposite SMU. The little yellow minion in me went, whaaaa?!

There I was in a queue at the stall - Chirashi-Tei. Looking at the menu, I have to say that Bara Chirashi is probably the best steal and deal. Furthermore, there is 10% discount if you present your Passion card from Monday to Friday. Thus, I got this gorgeous bowl at only $8.90. 😘

At 9.90 can't expect too much for quality. Still, perfect for days when all you want is something clean, light and filling

located opposite SMU, this is a gem for students to have affordable and delicious food. my all time favorite is the Jap Stall's Chirashi don. Ask to 加料 for additional $2-$3 and then show your student card for a 15% discount! This bowl cost me only $10!
