Chili's (1 Utama)

A staple dish for all chilis'goers is this honey chipotle chicken dish. Fried chicken tenders covered in sweet sauce served with thick cut french fries and usually a side of corn which i swapped out for their mash potatoes. They also provide extra dipping sauce. (RM38).

This side dish of onion rings is the perfect snack with its side dipping sauce and cruncy rings . Plus their sides are an average price of RM10

There was this one time (one of the many times before this) that I was sort of on break from spending money unnecessarily on things I don't need, I decided to settle down with something cheap on the menu.

That's how I stumbled upon this burger. I had no idea how it looked like, I don't think the picture was on the menu. I decided to try my luck. Guess who got lucky?

I enjoy breaded chicken burger generally, so this was a go. Think Spicy Chicken McDeluxe kind of patty without the spice. It was crispy, I loved it.

It had the usual stuff I usually put in my Subway sandwich, so it worked. They had tomatoes and shredded lettuce, basically the only two things I'd put in my sub. In addition, it used the ranch dressing and spicy wing sauce. Excellent, I tell you.

Maybe one day I'll come back for something healthier, maybe the avocado one? Maybe 😅

This is something I always end up ordering when I end up in Chili's with Chels and Shanee, which isn't that often anyway, we always choose a cheaper option 😅 we are all a bunch of pretty light eaters, so these places have pretty big plates for us, and sharing is always a better option. For RM27.65 (divided by three!), this is a great option. I hate vegetables, and they have vegetables and some sort of bean in this thing, but I swallowed them anyway. Somehow, just somehow, it tasted okay. The beans, I mean. It didn't taste disgusting. If I may add, I think it complemented the pieces of grilled chicken inside along with the cheese, and everything else. I love dipping them with the white thing, I believe it's called sour cream 😂 maybe next time we should add the guacamole 😋
