[CLOSED] Café Swiss (Swissôtel The Stamford)

Sausage w mustard seed salad, fried rice, ayam panggang, seafood soup of prawn and oysters, anchovies, tomato and cheese salad, salad leaves.

This buffet was awesome with a little flour-dusted bun with butter, some rockets and salad leaves, fresh prawn salad, cheese fondue, ham salad, beetroot fruit salad, olives, creamed mushrooms, smoked salmon, salmon gravlax.. So tasty!

It an all you can eat buffet. Yeah! You want to fill your stomach without wasting good money.
Here are some tips from me;
- Scan thru the buffet individual section, don't be hasty.🙅🏃
- Eat in reverse order to maximize your tummy. Who know you might end up with 2nd round of desserts. Human only got 1 stomach but sometimes, some got 2, that's because it a desserts stomach.😂
- Small portion is a technique as it allow you to make you walk a few trips to get your food, which mean the more walking, the more you digesting at the same time.😏
- Eat new stuff you had not try before; new experience is always worthwhile.😎
- Eat what is worth.
- Avoid drinking too much, as it make your stomach bloat real fast.

So is it nice or worth it?
I will say well, to your liking. For me, it's average.
I like the sashimi & somen noodle follow by the self-cooked yong tau foo with curry.
Desserts were nice and the sweetness is just right.
