Burger & Lobster (Holborn)

Saw several Burger and Lobster outlets here in London. Having tried Burger and Lobster in Singapore, should I still try those in London to see if they're better?

You see avruga caviar and uni crowning their live Nova Scotia lobster meat, but that’s not all. The lobster meat was tossed in uni-infused butter, so the taste of uni permeates gently throughout the lobster roll. And as with all lobster roll, they are enveloped in a toasted brioche roll.

Besides this, they also serve a wider selection of lobsters dishes, burgers and an extensive cocktail menu.

700g canadian lobster (£26). half grilled half steamed, you really can have the best of both worlds. correction, dip into their butter sauce and you may just score a third. now you don't think they get by with just fresh lobster, their fries are equally addictive! p.s forget the shell cracker, a simple pick does the job getting all the succulent fresh meat off the shell.. intact *heavy breathing*
