You see avruga caviar and uni crowning their live Nova Scotia lobster meat, but that’s not all. The lobster meat was tossed in uni-infused butter, so the taste of uni permeates gently throughout the lobster roll. And as with all lobster roll, they are enveloped in a toasted brioche roll.

700g canadian lobster (£26). half grilled half steamed, you really can have the best of both worlds. correction, dip into their butter sauce and you may just score a third. now you don't think they get by with just fresh lobster, their fries are equally addictive! p.s forget the shell cracker, a simple pick does the job getting all the succulent fresh meat off the shell.. intact *heavy breathing*
