Finally tried the Proud Mary, and choose the Enthiopian blend brewed by Wei Xiong. I was never a big fan of Enthiopian beans because of its citrus taste, which I find it sour. However, this one is grapey and full of vibrancy. It just tastes so great, that it changed my mind towards Enthiopian beans. I highly recommend trying it.
/ Thanks Wei Xiong for the great coffee and glad to bump into you 😄 #friendsofbrats
BRATS is a new minimalist spot in Paramount Garden specialising in hot dogs. The founder was inspired by the hot dogs from his experiences living outside of Malaysia, and decided to bring the hotdog scene to town. They currently have pork, chicken and beef hotdogs for RM16 each, with toppings of your choice. Each hot dog comprises 70% meat, 10% fat and 20% toppings all nestled in a soft bun. Go for the poutine (RM15) to accompany your hot dogs, and finish off with any one of their international beers from Australia, Belgium, Japan and Germany (RM18 - 24).
Apparently, Brats is a restaurant/cafe that serve only hotdogs and beers and juice. I must say, their hotdog is not bad. They put some mix and match toppings and flavour to the sausage. I tried Mango and Jalapeño pork hotdog with Caramel Onions toppings. All I can taste is the caramel onions and the mustard that I put by myself. And the sausage itself. A bit pricey tho (RM16.00), but the interior is okay. The nearest public transport: LRT Taman Paramount! 5-7mins walk
