Pork chop, cabbage, braised pork belly. There's something sloppy about the caifan here but also often quite satisfying.

Hairy gourd, braised pork belly, bean sauce pork ribs. This restaurant does basic caifan but doesn't go wrong since it's a restaurant after all.

Great tasting white pepper crab. Friendly owner and place that gives you a homely vibe. Food tastes great! Look out for the owner's own unique creations.

For probably practical reasons, at lunchtime this seafood restaurant cooks and sells caifan. Business is quite slow and I wouldn't have known if I hadn't peeked in when I passed it. Braised pork belly, roast chicken thigh, scrambled eggs with garlic sprouts.
