I finally visited Bomba Paella Bar and I have to agree with @danielfooddiary that the dishes are too liberal on salt. Other things to note - i) Monday is paella day and all small paella go for S$24; ii) The supplier for langoustine is inconsistent and they are permanently replacing it with flower crabs in their seafood paella.
