Amazing thosai with a crisp surface that was not oily, filled with loads of masala, and served with sambar and chutney. The dosai was flaky, with each bite giving off a nice crunchy sound. Sambar and chutney were standard, the reddish‑brown one should be tomato chutney with a sharp spicy‑sourish kick, the yellow‑orange one should be sambar which was warm, tangy, and comforting, and the white/light green one should be coconut chutney served chilled with slight creaminess and sweetness. The masala inside was rather mushy and potatoey with light spice and herb notes. I was hoping for stronger flavour, but it was fine.
