Well, still like to see it as starting 2017 on a 'healthier' note. Kale, broccoli and grapefruit juice. Chanced upon this smoothie place while shopping around. They have quite a fun concept, where all the ingredients which you can pick from, are printed on individual blocks, and you pick the blocks and place them in a mold and pass them to the cashier. Stated on every ingredient is also the nutritional information (type of vitamins, calories). You will also receive a card with all the nutritional info of the juice mix you picked, and also the health 'score'. Pretty cool!
My 2nd attempt on Beesket DIY Fruit Juice. This time round I mixed Peach + Green Grape + Blueberry = A dark purple drink which is slightly sour with more hints of grape flavour 》$5.90
I picked Yam, Melon, and Raspberry blended juice and for S$5.90 it's worth the $$ and taste real good!
After an extended weekend of eating, you'd probably want to shift some of the toxic clutters from your body. Juicing is definitely of the best ways to cleanse naturally and more effectively.
BEESKET, a new Korean D.I.Y. juice bar gives you the freedom to concoct your own beverage with almost 5,000 combinations. There are currently two outlets in Singapore - Changi City Point & 321 Clementi Shopping Mall. Detox Date anyone?
