The baker is an elderly man with many years experience, actually bakes everything himself. Most items are made by hand. So is this egg tart. Pastry is so buttery and the custard is smooth and has a nice eggy taste. The shape is like so near perfect. Tip: leave it in the fridge for awhile, actually tasted real good when it is cold.
