Not enough savouriness, there's sugar crystals and the filling wasn't generous enough either. Luckily they named it Golden sands cos it doesn't flow at all
The custard was quite interesting, almost has a cheese tart filling consistency(those solid ones, not the molten ones). Sides were crispy too, crust wasn't too oily
The ratio is a bit off, needs more of the custard. Nonetheless the custard was sweet enough for the whole pastry
