This piece needs no introduction. Mild and milky, cheesy yet light, soft with a touch of sweet. It's a taste of comfort cradled in buttery biscuit crust. Crack a bite into it and don't it look even better? π€£ Not sure about you but I enjoy it best warmed, oozing creamy smooth with an oven-fresh flavourful crust. Best part? How easily I can get Bake(d) ($3.50 ea; $19.50 per box of 6) in my hood.
Yes, to some it may seems extravagant to spend $3.50 for such a small tart. i love the fluffy cheese fillings and the tart is like a perfect combination. Not too gelak and can be eaten at room temp or chilled. And the best thing now, lesser queues.
Liked the tinge of sweetness of this cheese tart. Not too jelak.

Finally get to try! Was the first few in the Q ππ Creamy cheese tart π
Was really currioouus (even more than the curious cat π±) to find out if BAKE cheese tart is really worth all the craze, the rave, the race, and the queue and it turned out: ... ....
Yaasss indeed BAKE cheese tart is really ichi ππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌ
Surprisingly different from other cheese tarts out there wor; I have tried from 4-5 different local bakeries, japan food stalls and pop-up stores They are srsly not the same ππ€βπΌοΈ
None that I have tried oozes out as graciously with some quality melting-in-the-mouth hokkaido creamy milk cheese like BAKE-bae ππππβΊοΈ The tart was not also too buttery nor was it too sweet! If you haven't already tried, you really should! ππ»ββοΈππ»ππ»
Be prepared to queue tho; Good food no queue a bit strange? πππ try to plan ahead before going down cos the queue can be a bit ... very long! I'd suggest on weekdays & not the orchard branch pls!
Each pc at $3.50, For 6pcs at $19.50 (each person is limited to a max of 12) simply cos demand > supply πππ
