Finally, I get to use one of my favourite emoji that’s the 🥟🥟🥟! The 🥟 had enough gingery and garnishes like spring onions/scallions that made the pork less dense👌🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
This tasted less oily than the usual dry spicy mee pok 😋😄 so.. Liked! 👍🏼💟👍🏼

Said to be level 3 🌶 but still quite okay for me maybe because I am not typically one to drink the soup!
Chilli oil with tonkotsu broth, the ramen noodles texture are always on pt!
