Big fat hunk of fish head, done well, in a flavour-packed gravy that's also tangy and light so it doesn't overwhelm. Beware the slow, lingering burn though.
PS. Did you know you can reserve seats at Ah Wok? Yes, there are a couple of tables around their stall where they can take reservations.
