But this sucks. It used to be so good. Now there isn't even much tendon, at most 2 pieces. Wagyu was dry as well

Still with crunchy bits and smokiness from the excellent charring, but the ckn is frozen (how did I take so long to notice) so the texture is not perfect.

Still not bad at all tho

Idk why they keep forgetting marinated egg add-ons. Lol.

Anyway the ckn was crispy but not in the best way,and the meat was too thin to be satisfying. Spicy miso sauce was ok, but not strong/thick enough to go w the ckn. Mushrooms were undercooked

Proper wagyu, rlly v marbled and it was super tender. There's one chewy piece but by and large well grilled w smokiness.

It's not very roasted taste-wise, it's much closer to your normal yakiniku in taste but yes you can tell it's roasted from the colour

Delightful. Only complaint is that the meat wasn't too generous but considering the quality and the price point it's reasonable
