Okinawa is known for bittergourd and seagrapes, besides the purple sweet potato and tropical fruits. It tastes much like ikura but bursting into a salty seawater taste instead. The set we ordered came with sea urchin (which none of us was a fan of. Opps!) and a bowl much like tauhuey tofu.
