Mee sua in bak kut teh soup is the way to go. Their soup is clear and a bit peppery. Every sip of the soup, just make you ahhh sooo relaxing.
That one Pig trotter is quite big ehh. Meat & Fats woohoo. It cooked well enough for the fats to go smooth and soft while the meat is still tender & chewy.
Lets just hope that I pass.
