it’s so light and crisp as it’s deep fried in sesame oil, the most ungreasy tempura i’ve had. even with the batter, i cld still taste the fresh ingredients beneath. from the sweet prawns to the fleshy sea eel and crunchy vegetable medley, every ingredient was exquisite. also liked the touch of how there were 3 different salts for u to use!!

Such an experience to see the chefs frying the fresh seafood in front of us. They've been doing this since 1924 and definitely got it right! Bottom left is a sea eel btw. Service was great too. Glad we didn't miss out on this.
