1. Breakfast your way ($17.50+): built your own breakfast set. I had pancake with scrambled egg + mushroom + bacon + maple syrup. The pancake was overcook, hence texture was hard. Egg was ok.
2. Garlic Calamari & Prawn Pasta ($19+): comes with two tiger prawns, was fresh and yummy. However the whole pasta was too oily for my liking.
3. Acoustic Laksa ($21+): taste exactly the same as our traditional laksa but this a dried pasta version. The laksa fragrance was thick enough, Recommended!
4. Classic Tots ($9+): mini harshbrown with maple syrup, this is my to go dish if I’m returning next time. Simple yet delicious! Must eat!
Most affordable scrambled egg brunch menu that I ever had. Soft, warm, buttery Japanese eggs. I had these for 2 times, flavor and texture is consistent.
Parma ham with mozzarella seated on the thin crispy crust 😏
My to go scrambled egg burger place. The price is pretty steep for a burger with no meat patty. But I can’t resist their super tasty brioche bun, soft buttery scrambled egg and the sweet caramelized onion. Best of the 3 combi.
Can you see the fats? It melts in my mouth! 💗 The portion is huge too, suitable to share for 3pax and above, else it can be too greasy.
I also had the prawn cake that seems like they made the paste themself as the size is not the same for all the 3pcs. Haha. But anw it’s delicious so it’s ok 😀
This place has no service charge, self service and food was prepared relatively fast. Will definitely come back again.
1. Moocano - Loving the char of the pork collar, fragrance, crisp and it kinda melt in my mouth. Pairing with my favorite glutinous rice is a win win! Must order dish for me!
2. Paper Fish (medium) - steam fish wouldn’t fail. It’s fresh and steam just right. Up to expectation.
3. Three Little Pigs - the pork belly was ok for me, perhaps because I had Moocano for the start, so I felt this is too oily.
This is one atas Thai place, ambience is perfect, food is not bad too, recommended!
My must order dish! It taste so much like the grilled sotong on stick by the streets of Bangkok. Tender texture and the grilled fragrance is so strong. Portion is real big too!
Such an aesthetic pleasing dish 🤩 a very light flavored dish, yet able to taste the sweetness of the fish. Love the texture too.
Due to the super affordable price point, I did not have high expectation of the food quality. Surprisingly it surpass my expectation. I had the Salmon & Swordfish sashimi don ($15++). Comes with 6 slices of sashimi, and it taste reasonably fresh! I like how they prepare the don, it’s those sticky and slightly strong vinegar taste 💕
Also ordered other sashimi, where you can choose it by the counter & they will slice for you. Had a big plate of salmon belly and it only cost ($18++), the quality is as fresh! Would prefer the salmon belly sashimi to be slice into bigger pieces.
Had some other deep fried sides like potato croquette, kani cream croquette & wakasagi karage which only cost $6++ each. All was not bad.
Will definitely be back for more of their sashimi!
Affordable dining in Ion. Able to do customization of the noodle texture, soup base, spice level & toppings. Comes with a quite a big piece of chashu too.
Ordered the whole chicken with Diane sauce, served with truffle mash potato & french onion rice ($37.90++)
If you are someone who hates breast meat. Fret not. The texture of Poulet roast chicken is real tender & able to tear off from the bone easily. 👍
Truffle mash is a mush-order, a very comfort & fragrant side. As for the french onion rice, I don’t really like the texture of the rice hence will not recommend unless you just need some carbs to fill your tummy.
2nd time dining at this outlet, it’s one of me & my bff favorite spot! Lunch set is super worth, comes with a bowl of noodle, a drink & 4pcs of dumplings.
Our must order dumplings:
- Fried pierogi: how I would describe this to my friends is it’s a fusion of Chinese food with angmoh invasion cos it’s filled with potato, bacon and cheese!
- Smoke duck: how can I not order this! Smoke duck and balsamic vinaigrette goes so well together!
Ps: it’s always crowded, so do remember to reserve first!
