Most affordable scrambled egg brunch menu that I ever had. Soft, warm, buttery Japanese eggs. I had these for 2 times, flavor and texture is consistent.
Due to the super affordable price point, I did not have high expectation of the food quality. Surprisingly it surpass my expectation. I had the Salmon & Swordfish sashimi don ($15++). Comes with 6 slices of sashimi, and it taste reasonably fresh! I like how they prepare the don, itās those sticky and slightly strong vinegar taste š
Also ordered other sashimi, where you can choose it by the counter & they will slice for you. Had a big plate of salmon belly and it only cost ($18++), the quality is as fresh! Would prefer the salmon belly sashimi to be slice into bigger pieces.
Had some other deep fried sides like potato croquette, kani cream croquette & wakasagi karage which only cost $6++ each. All was not bad.
Will definitely be back for more of their sashimi!
Affordable dining in Ion. Able to do customization of the noodle texture, soup base, spice level & toppings. Comes with a quite a big piece of chashu too.
Utilized 1-1 sashimi deal and add on more sashimi. Value for the freshness and thickness š
Had shisamo as well, very crispy! š
- Salmon belly sashimi ($15+)
