Batter was fragrant but the highlight was the marinara sauce which was slightly spicy and went so well with the squid πŸ˜‹

We headed to the latest hideout @tipsyflamingosg for some of their signature cocktails. My drink was a tad too sweet but I loved the swimming pool tropical vibes here, suitable for any time of the day

We visited @shahimaharani, one of the finest North Indian restaurants in Singapore. True to its name, we enjoyed fantastic service, generous hot piping North Indian cuisine and great vibes! We devoured the Tandoori Milawat (Mixed Tandoori Grill) and the Chicken Makhanwala (butter chicken) - so finger licking good πŸ˜‹

Quality Japanese cuisine at affordable prices! Tucked in a corner of Far East plaza, and available at one for one with Burpple Beyond. Loved the unagi and Hamburg πŸ˜‹

A typical French brasserie located at the heart of Singapore at Duo Galleria. I love the instaworthy furnishing where you get to enjoy quality French food in a cosy atmosphere! Alfresco seating available and located near Bugis MRT

I love how generous they are with the egg, every mouthful of rice is accompanied with fragrant fried egg. Har CHeong Kai is also very fragrant albeit a bit tough. You can choose between salted egg or chilli crab sauce!

The best part of this place is that it’s housed in a beautiful colonial building with warm inviting interiors. Thought it would cost us a great deal but we booked through eatigo which gave us 40% off our bill??! Definitely worth it for the ambience food quality and personal service. My fav is probably the earl grey cake and strawberry sorbet πŸ˜‹

A simple m dish originating from Malaysia of stir-fried vegetables, the brinjal, okra and long beans were flavourful and crunchy fit enough for a king. Difficult to resist as we found ourselves reaching it for moreπŸ˜‹ Highly recommend this restaurant for affordable and generous Zichar, they offer delivery too!

Their Cereal Sotong is another must order! Can’t believe just two of us finished this huge portion but the buttery, milky notes made it really addictive!

We ordered their signature, the Fish Head Curry, served with generous portions of tau pok, and an assortment of vegetables. They do not skim on the size of the fish too. The curry is thick, fragrant and well balanced, very worth it for the price point πŸ˜‹

Had the seafood steamboat ($15.80++) and it was super yummy - best part was the broth which was filling, fresh and light at the same time - so flavourful I almost slurped up everything πŸ˜‹ the steamboat also comes with prawns, fish, crab stick and a mussel. Will be sure to try their other variety next time such as the noodles, rice, soup or mala hotpot!

A must try is The boss burger ($19) - it was love at first bite for us 🀀 bonus points for nett prices, no gst and service charge!
