Chicken with scrambled egg on rice, a very fancy description to the dish but nothing too fancy about the taste. The chicken had a nice charred taste to it, not sure if it’s intentional. Would probably try their grilled fish next time!

Not a fan of corn or excessive cheese but this warm dish blew me away and I couldn’t stop! This is sautéed sweet corn served with jalapeño, lemon mayo and cotija cheese.

Fancy a taco with crispy fillet or grilled snapper? I got to try the taco wrapping crispy fillet in chill mango salsa, mint and cabbage and I wish I had more. Yums! 😋

Reminds me of childhood - I always choose the rainbow bread option because I love how the ice cream melts into the bread and makes it extra tasty 😋

This must be one of my favourite mealpals and it is a hawker option! The combination of tender meat and fat in the well glazed charsiew just makes me want to go back for more! Plus you get a generous portion of flavourful briyani rice doused in vegetable curry, an onsen egg and a crispy papadum! The papadum was amazing. You can even opt to eat here instead of taking it away!

They were really generous with the portion and ingredients, I counted that I was given about 8 pieces of wanton in total. I liked the sauce and the al dente noodles, very value for money!

I savoured every bite of the pork chop as it was very well-marinated. The ham was quite unique and it took me a while to get used to the taste. Overall the portion was generous and I enjoyed pairing all the sides with the traditional broken rice. Would come back for more!

After trying the butter chicken set a month before, I was sold by the taste and portion offered by Copper Chimney! So I decided to try the tandoori chicken set. The naan as usual was warm and soft, and they were generous with the chicken portion given. Unfortunately what I miss is dipping the naan into their butter chicken sauce.

I really enjoyed this although I usually don’t like salads, because this was particularly flavourful and I love the dash of cashew nuts! The duck was also tender to the bite and goes well with the mango cubes.

I enjoyed this the most as the skin of the red snapper was fried to crisp perfection and tasted so well with the green curry emulsion. I couldn’t help slurping up whatever sauce that is remaining on the plate.

Very yummy although it can get gelat after a while. I find that the kaffir like foam may be too overpowering although I enjoyed the ice cream accompaniment to the brûlée.

Featuring the first of my three main course, the Atlantic salmon served with plum sesame dressing and picked and raw radish. The touch of citrus was refreshing
