Portobello, shimeiji, cream sauce and porcini powder - you know you are in for a treat with this combination! It was overall delicious although the cream was a bit overwhelming. I love how rookery is on burpple beyond too!

So we ordered a latte which was pretty bitter and a sweet potato latte which was so tasty!! It is not too sweet and had a good mix of milk and sweet potato essence(?).

So I finally tried this highly raved sandwich and it was so gelat I couldn’t finish it, highly recommend to share amongst at least two pax.

I am not sure what the original price is but this is pretty decent save for the rice that is a bit too dry and sticky. But I made up for it by drizzling the chilli and soy sauce over the rice and chicken and it honestly tastes pretty much like a good plate of chicken rice you can buy outside. A good deal if you order through mealpal.

I really love this black carrot cake from Laopasat!! Fried on the spot with the right tinge of sweetness and eggs, I can’t believe it remains so affordable in the heart of CBD.

Can’t believe that this gem exists in the middle of Orchard, brunch buffet at $15 per pax and you get to choose from an assortment of American breakfast (in picture), panini, salads and more! this tasted good too!

So I’m back from mealpal again and I finally got to order the pasta set from one of my favourite pasta places in CBD. I recall how I loved their pastas and how affordable they are. Unfortunately this was served lukewarm and gooey it didn’t meet my expectations.

Wow this was very gelat and I couldn’t finish the whole sandwich by myself. Although it was really well made, I still prefer their savoury sandwiches! Got this with burpple Beyond!

So my sisters ate these with burpple beyond, thoroughly satisfied their sashimi craving at an affordable price!

Flavourful and tender chicken that gives you a bang for your buck. We wanted something simple for vday and this was tasty yet filling. Opt for a mix of spicy and original chicken to taste both flavours (to me they are equally good) also comes with the sides and two drinks. Sweet potato fries are additional at $2. I love the cheese sticks!

You can always find the best hawker food in the heartlands. Love this hot and hearty bowl of kway chap, accompanied with tender pig intestines and my favourite braised egg and taupok

Finally tried Dumpling Darlings and I really like it! Friendly staff, affordable and good portion and really qq and tasty noodles. Recommended to get an extra onsen egg with it 😋 also comes with appetiser and iced water, not to mention they are on burpple beyond.
