For appetisers, I had their Umaki ($8++) 💛 & Ebi Tempura ($13++), the former being a moist rolled omelette 🍳 with unagi while the latter featured springy prawns 🍤 fried to the perfect crisp. I liked that the tempura didn't feel oily! Quench your thirst with their Hot Green Tea 🍵.
Be sure to grab their sourdough 🍞 & COLLIN'S in-house smoked butter 🧈 - the irresistible smokiness of the butter is enhanced when eaten with the chewy sourdough! 😋
