Usually I'm not a fan of burgers, but I've been back twice to B Burger and totally lovin' the Bomchika Wow Wow burger at just $9.90! It's a Karate Burger (Karaage Chicken, Sriracha Honey, Wafu Slaw, Dikon Pickles and 'B Sauce') with added Fried Egg, Cheese and Truffle Mayo! 😋

The sweet sauce, tender chicken and crispy coating made the burger super addictive.

This is the Hell Valley Volcano from Typhoon Cafe situated in Plaza Singapura. This chocolatey volcano dessert pours out smoke then warm chocolate is poured over it to make it easier to cut. Once sliced open, hidden within the volcano are cubes of blondie and vanilla ice cream to go with the Oreo crumble, citrus compote and berries.

A very dramatic dessert if you’re looking for something photo-worthy and a little fun. Perfect for those who like more rich, chocolatey desserts.

Comfort food at it's best. Sweet potato fries that are tasty and not too oily. Still one of the more affordable cafes around with good food!

Perfect after lunch dessert… a good dose of Matcha flavour without too much sweetness.

Still can't believe Well Dressed Salad Bar is a vegetarian cafe cos all their options are so delicious

Especially these grain bowls—The Cilantro Lime Rice Pulled Jackfruit Hangry Jack Burrito Bowl suits those who like a lighter flavour with the rice being a little citrusy. And the Olive Rice Buddha Bowl is more for those who prefer a savoury comfort dish. I still can't pick which is my favourite. >.<

The best Tom Yum Bloody Mary is now in Changi at Hanamco! Using a sous-vide Tom Yum base, this cocktail has just the right balance of savoury, sourness and spice. And if you're feeling a little peckish, the Buffalo Wings are perfect snacks. Saucy and tender chicken. If you're not a fan of bones, opt for the buffalo bites—bite sized chicken bits covered in tangy, bbq flavoured sauce. 😋

Tender salmon and fluffy rice, but the portion was a little small and there wasn’t enough sauce. I could do without the okra. But overall it was a satisfying meal apart from the fact I’m still hungry. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The side dishes at SBCD Korean Tofu House are quite different from other Korean places. The fried fish put me off a little cos I imagined it to be like those served with Nasi Lemak, but this is super tender and falls apart easily.

First was The Betterfield, now new on the block is The BetterShip at The Cathay with a new concept. the BetterShip serves up Sashimi and Dons which you can customise with your preferred sashimi or pick one of the specialities which include:
- Chirashi Don
- Kaisen Don
- Aburi Wagyu Don
- Truffle Beef Don

We tried the Kaisen Don and the most addictive part was the sweet-sourish sauce on the rice!

A new fried chicken concept has recently opened at West Gate Mall and this Portuguese Doughnut Burger definitely makes the trip to the West worthwhile!

Soft, springy doughnuts sandwich a tender, juicy chicken thigh fillet which is covered in mouth watering sauce. 😋

Of course they have the usual fried chicken wings and drumsticks on offer too.
