However, brunch menu selection turned out to be slightly mediocre and could probably use some magic to spice things a little.

With the exception of 'Ngoh Hiang' Burger and 'Lu Rou' Burger, which was a good attempt to incorporate Asian flavor into Western dishes, but also argued to be misfit products in a fantasy-themed cafe.

Totally unexpected from a halal-certified late-night dim sum eatery to offer noodles similar of Hong Kong authencity.

Tender beef brisket with springy noodles which tasted slightly alkaline, like what I usually get from HK noodle stalls.

In addition, the rich broth has a herbal note which gave an additional kick to the aroma.

Meat was tender, noodles were springy and value for money. But if I were to choose, I would still go for Michelin BCM instead.

Probably one of the best around that comes with rich luscious beef broth and generously topped with loads of pork lard.

Definitely a bowl of hearty goodness which I will miss from Golden Mile.

While I usually patronize them more for the beancurd tarts, their signature Mandarin Orange cake took me by surprise with its refreshing citrusy fragrance, while sandwiching occasional chunks of mandarin orange between the sponge cake.
