Braised for hours to achieve a fall-off-the-bone tender goodness, the lamb shank came in a good portion. I am not a huge fan of lamb and found this a little too gamey for my liking 🍖

We had the marinated crab ($49) which comes with a generous amount of crab roe 😳 Alternatively, try the Salmon & Prawn Marinate ($30) 🦐

Soaking up the black pepper and seafood flavours, the vermicelli is best enjoyed with Thai chilli sauce. Definitely packs a punch 🔥

My personal favourite is the fluffy egg topped with chunks of crab meat 🥹

We tried the buttermilk fried chicken with charcoal waffle 🖤 This came with salted egg yolk sauce which was interesting, though I can’t say I’m a huge fan of it.

A crowd favourite, this eggs benedict rosti is served alongside honey-baked ham and smoked streaky bacon. Despite the rosti being thicker than usual, it still had a nice crispy edge 🍳
