Meadesmoore is a steakhouse that offers a perfect blend of quality food and refined yet welcoming atmosphere. We started with the appetizer of Burrata Di Puglise served with green gazpacho, and the creamy cheese gives an elegant touch to the dish. For the mains, we had the 35 Days Dry Aged Ribeye and USDA Hanging Tender. The dry-aged ribeye has a deep meaty flavor because the dry aging enhances the meat's inherent tastes, making it richer and more concentrated. We ordered Tiramisu for dessert, which combines the powerful taste of espresso with the rich, creamy texture of mascarpone cheese.

The Truffle Jjajang Ramyeon includes a slice of cheese and a fried egg. The jjajang and truffle sauce are well complemented by the springiness of the noodles. We also had the Spicy Dakbal which is quite spicy, but the rice ball that were served alongside were pretty tasty and a nice counterbalance to the spice.

We got the Combination Specialty Beef Noodles(braised version). cold century egg tofu with Bonito Flakes and braised beancurd. The combination cut came with Boneless Rib cut, tendon, tripe and golden coin. In the braised version, the braising sauce is mixed with the original beef broth. It's a really hearty broth with a hint of spiciness. The century egg is drizzled with a tangy sauce and the bonito flakes on top gave this side dish a subtle umami flavor.

The Beef and Onion pie's flaky crust is covered with a hot gooey cheese, and the beef brisket in the pie were savory and soft. The potatoes on the side are buttery and nicely seasoned which further enhance the flavor. The fish and chips batter was crispy and tasty, and it went perfectly with the refreshing Guinness beer.

One of the first meals we received were a variety of charcoal skewers that we had ordered. The skewers had a unique smokey flavor and were very well cooked. Also had the spicy salmon bowl, and the spicy sauce packs a punch!I really enjoyed the ambiance and environment here, and would recommend going after work to chill. Excellent cuisine with a broad selection of dishes, including sushi, skewers, and don bowls.

Had the dragonfruit and mango purple rice drink. I have never tried purple rice in in a beverage before, but the mango purple rice drink was quite distinctive. The rich mango beverage went perfectly with the purple rice.
Overall, the drinks are tasty and refreshing, a nice contrast with the purple rice which had a chewy texture

Nice cozy cafe at Tanjong Katong offering western cuisine. It was wonderful to be given a complimentary welcome drink that was both tasty and refreshing. We ordered the pan-seared steak and spicy scallop aglio. The pasta was cooked al dente and scallops were seasoned and grilled to perfection, which was very fresh and delicious. The pan-seared steak was perfectly done on the outside, with a crispy crust on the outside, and the smooth and creamy mashed potatoes added a beautiful finishing touch to the entrée.

This is an excellent steakhouse which is located near the Botanic Garden. Good atmosphere and attentive service provided by staff. We started off with the Fresh Italian Burrata cheese with toasted sourdough bread which was deliciously toasted. For the main course, we had the 2GR Full-Blood Wagyu MS 6/7 Denver and Auskobe Wagyu MS 4/5 Deckle where each piece of flavorful meat simply melts in your mouth. The Basque burnt cheesecake was a great way to end the meal which has the perfect blend of sweetness and creaminess. Overall, a very pleasant experience at Fat Belly.
