We started with the appetizer of Burrata Di Puglise served with green gazpacho, and the creamy cheese gives an elegant touch to the dish. For the mains, we had the 35 Days Dry Aged Ribeye and USDA Hanging Tender. The dry-aged ribeye has a deep meaty flavor because the dry aging enhances the meat's inherent tastes, making it richer and more concentrated. We ordered Tiramisu for dessert, which combines the powerful taste of espresso with the rich, creamy texture of mascarpone cheese.
