This was the Mediterranean Flatbread ($18++ iirc), which was sous vide chicken breast and a sunny side up on the flat bread, served with a few pieces of cauliflower and curried cauliflower fritter on the side. The sous vide chicken breast was excellent, super tender and had the same spiced flavour as the cauliflower fritter. I love the fritters but they could be more generous with it. The let down of this dish was the flatbread, which turned really hard and chewy as the dish cooled down.

We both had the hot and spicy dry pan mee ($8.90). The chili was given on the side (thank goodness). I only added about a quarter of the chili given and it was just right. Bf added all of his and the rest of mine, and it was then just right for him 😂. The anchovies, minced pork and egg all tossed together resulted in a crunchy, fragrant and rich bowl of noodles. Only complaint from bf was that they needed an upsized version of double of everything! Yes the portion was rather small.

I preferred the seafood paccheri (previously reviewed) over this because the paccheri tasted more rich and had more flavour. This one fell a little flat for me, and left me wishing that I had parmesan cheese and black pepper to lift the flavours a bit. I also wished the chunks of crab were bigger, but they definitely did not scrimp on the amount. The oysters (pic 2) were very fresh and huge, definitely recommended.

Very average, but for the price, I couldn't complain! I always have a thing for stone rice bowls anyway, just something about the sizzling rice and ingredients, and how hot the food stays throughout.

This was so savoury with the salty cheese with the smoked ham, but oh so good. Go for the Croque Madame for a fried egg on top.

Was my first time having paccheri and it reminded me to mee hoon kueh, but thicker and more firm. I wished they gave more pieces of pasta (there were only about 6), but they were extremely generous with the seafood. The tomato base was also rich and creamy. Really a delight to have! Wonderful end to our monthsary celebration.

The pratas here were crispy, but thicker and more dense, unlike Springleaf's or Casurina's thin crepe-like pratas. But as long as they were crispy, I am satisfied 😂. However the dough for the prata itself was sweet, which the bf disliked. The sambal chili on the side was also sweet. Definitely more for the sweet-toothed, Enaq is still worth the try for crispy prata lovers.

Premium pork ribs for him, and non-premium ribs for me. We had to wait a bit for the you tiao (fried dough sticks) but I did not mind it a bit because we get to have freshly fried ones!

The chili crab was so good, especially the sauce which my dad loved so much that he doused all the other dishes with the sauce. The steamed crab with soya milk and egg white (which is soya beancurd really) was quite unique and I never had anything like that before. The sweet crab meat and smooth soya beancurd was just so good together. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to try something different.

It was relatively empty, no crowds, no queue, with the server opening the door for us though we were still a good ten metres away. This eggs benedict with smoked salmon ($26++) was not quite the same as the usual version. Firstly, they use sous vide eggs instead of poached eggs, which ensured that the yolks were perfectly runny. Instead of english muffin, some sort of spongey cake-like muffin was used as well. Though I still prefer a toasty and crisp English muffin, this alternative was able to soak up the yolky goodness extremely well! Loved this!

This time I got the char su mazesoba because their signature Nagoya style one was too spicy for me previously. Topped with an onsen egg which made the noodles creamy, the crunchy bamboo shoots and tender pork slice, this was so satisfying after the race!

This dish definitely had a homey and unpretentious feel to it. Simple, yet delicious. The staff (or is the lady the owner?) also seemed to be chatty and friendly with patrons. Thanks @justinfoodprints for the restaurant recommendation!
