I chose the Sweet Chocolate CrΓͺpe ($12) + Vanilla Bean Ice Cream ($4), which had tiny crunchy chocolate pearls and chocolate sauce made of Valrhona cocoa powder and 70% cacao chocolate.

Probably one of the cheaper OTT Milkshakes in Singapore! This is the Hazelnut Chocolate OTT Milkshake ($9.90), which was a Chocolate milkshake with a tinge of Hazelnut, topped with a generous mountain of whipped cream, with loads of different chocolate snacks (too many to name) stuck in to it, and the plate garnished by Oreos and Cornflakes.
β€’
I felt that there was a little too much whipped cream, I had to ask for an extra plate to put all of it aside before starting on the shake itself. The milkshake was sadly thin, but for $9.90 I guess I couldn't have expected much. Loved the variety of snacks though!

I wanted to try their mains today, so I went with my usual House Smoked Salmon Benedict ($18.90), with Hazelnut Bearnaise, Feta, Walnut Crumble, Petit Salad & Sultana Bread. This was a really unique dish, because my "usual" would have Hollandaise sauce over Eggs Benedict, but this one had a sweet Hazelnut touch to it, which actually went really well with the Eggs Benedict! I wished they evened out the serving of Salmon because all the Salmon was on one slice of bread, and the other slice didn't have any. It was a pretty decent amount of Salmon though, I had more than enough to eat it together with my eggs and bread!

In this picture also includes the Buttermilk Waffle with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream ($11.90).

Finally after walking past this cafe so many times, I managed to try it. I was amazed by the menu because this place is actually pretty affordable! Much cheaper than other cafes. Highly recommend this place if you don't wanna burn a hole in your pocket.

I had the Roast Beef ($9.50). The Ciabatta perfectly toasted, Beef perfectly roasted (damn that rhyming though), combined with the generous amount of Caramelised Onions, a great lunch which made my tummy happy! The Truffle Tater Tots ($7), which was hash brown bites with truffle flavour and sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese, made me melt 😍 The Hash browns had such a strong Truffle taste, I loved the combination so much I finished it till the last crumb.

In the picture also includes the Eggs Benedict with Salmon ($12.80), Granola Yoghurt ($6), Scrambled Eggs on Toast ($6), and the Breakfast Waffle ($9).

Decided to drop by here for their 1-for-1 food items promotion (no longer available)! Newly opened by Coffee Bandits, this cafe is already gaining some popularity. I really liked how this cafe has a wide spread of food items, but at the same time it was very concise. Special mention to the staff for their absolutely friendly service!
β€’
Of course, I had to try their coffee, and went with my usual Mocha ($5.40). With only a subtle taste of coffee, it was more chocolatey than I expected! The Latte ($4.90) definitely had a stronger coffee taste, but with a smooth and milky finish. I still liked both though!

I was craving some salmon, and decided to get the Salmon Bowl from Grilllo ($12.90). It had two pieces of Salmon on skewer sticks, which scraped off very easily and were perfectly moist. A drizzle of lemon made the dish have more zest! I thought I was going to get brown rice though (from the menu it looked like brown rice), and was a little disappointed when I got white rice. I hope they serve brown rice the next time I visit

Last night at the Bazaar was insane! Perspired a lot, went through long queues, and most importantly tried lots of food 😍 Literally having a food coma right now oh man
β€’
I had to queue for this, but I didn't give up despite the sweltering heat because this one's so highly raved! I chose the Oreo Macaroon Ice Cream ($5), which was cookies and cream ice cream sandwiched between two macaroon pieces, and then rolled around in oreos. I actually liked the macaroon, it wasn't overly sweet and had just the right crumbly texture. I expected it to be bigger though, and was a little disappointed when I saw that it was only the size of my palm ☹️ But this was still a pretty decent dessert, I actually enjoyed it!

Looking for a healthy meal in the CBD area? Head down to Grain Traders, where you can Make Your Own Bowl ($16). You can choose 1 grain, 1 protein, 1 hot vegetable, 2 cold vegetables, 1 topping and 1 dressing. I chose Brown Rice, Sous-Vide & Chargrilled Salmon, Wild Mushrooms, Bean Sprout Salad and Wafu Tomatoes, Furikake, Tamarind Chipotle Vinaigrette respectively. Everything went pretty well together and I was really happy because it tasted good and it was also healthy! Guilt-free lunch hehe

Featuring the Lavender Soft Serve (300Β₯) from Farm Tomita in Furano. I've never tasted Lavender soft cream and honestly it was pretty good! It tasted exactly how it smells like. I actually bought two cones of this because, where would I ever find this in Singapore? #fwntravels

Finally able to drop by this place! I am a huge fan of anything hazelnut, and obviously went with the Rocher Shibuya Toast ($16) without any hesitation.
The presentation of this was so pretty, I didn't want to eat it, but the ice cream was melting so I digged in. The Shibuya Toast was crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and it was generously slabbed with butter. It was a little dry though, and I would've preferred it to be more moist. The condiments surrounding the toast on the plate, like the chocolate sticks, kit kat, and chocolate hazelnut sauce drizzled around, emphasised the hazelnut/Rocher flavour more. Loved it!! 😍

The ORIGINAL Kinotoya Bake Cheese Tarts from Sapporo itself!! Bought a box of 6 (1000Β₯) without having to queue for crazy long hours unlike back home in Singapore hehe πŸ‘πŸΌ I haven't tried the ones sold in Singapore, so I can't compare. But these tarts were so fluffy and light with a perfectly crumbly base, it tasted like a Hokkaido Cheesecake! Totally worth the calories man 😍 #fwntravels

Oh man is it ice cream AGAIN?? Walked passed this small stall along the streets of Otaru Canal, and I couldn't miss out on the Rainbow Tower Cone (550Β₯), which was made up of 7 different flavours: (from top) Grape, Strawberry, Matcha, Melon, Milk, Chocolate, Lavender. All of them were rich in their flavour, and the awesome thing was that the flavours didn't taste artificial at all! Though it got a little messy because the soft serve started to melt, I still enjoyed it thoroughly. I hope Singapore would have this soon 😍 #fwntravels
