The Signature Mudpie ($5.80) is really something worth dying for 😍 Three layers of ice cream which were Caramel, Cookies & Cream, and Reverso (Dark Chocolate with Oreos), together with the Oreo crust, OMG literally speechless 😱 If you love chocolate or Oreos, you need to get this immediately!! So worth the calories man!

I wanted to try the photogenic Matcha Avalanche ($13.90)! Matcha White Chocolate Warm Lava with Azuki Beans flowing onto Chocolate Soil, Crunchy Almond Nougatine & Roasted Green Tea Gelato, how much better can this get? 😍 Lava cake was super soft and the lava had just the right thickness. Overall a really great dessert I wouldn't mind paying for again, just a little bit small though.

Happy September 🎈 Finally tried the Charcoal Lava Toast with Thai Milk Tea Sauce and Thai Milk Tea Ice Cream ($14.90) from @meetandmelt 's new outlet at Scape! We chose Thai Milk Tea Ice Cream and the Thai Milk Tea sauce because why not go all out?? 😋 Steaming hot sauce flowing out from the charcoal toast, and with the combination of a colddd scoop of ice cream, it was pretty good! However, it was a pity how the sauce made the charcoal toast soggy on the inside and hence gave it a weird texture 😩 The Thai Milk Tea Ice Cream was also a little icy, but definitely had a strong flavour. Honestly, I'd still prefer the Ferrero Rocher Toast ($12.90), which was buttery throughout, and crisp on the outside fluffy on the inside. The texture of that toast just made me melt!!

We waited for pretty long for the toast to arrive, and the staff actually got our order wrong (they made Thai Green Milk Tea sauce instead), but they gave us a scoop of Dark Chocolate on the house (!!!) which was really thick and OMG it was pretty damn good 😍

Finally able to drop by this place! I am a huge fan of anything hazelnut, and obviously went with the Rocher Shibuya Toast ($16) without any hesitation.
The presentation of this was so pretty, I didn't want to eat it, but the ice cream was melting so I digged in. The Shibuya Toast was crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and it was generously slabbed with butter. It was a little dry though, and I would've preferred it to be more moist. The condiments surrounding the toast on the plate, like the chocolate sticks, kit kat, and chocolate hazelnut sauce drizzled around, emphasised the hazelnut/Rocher flavour more. Loved it!! 😍

this was taken a while back, so i'm not sure if they still serve this ☹️ this is the stacked French Toast ($14), including strips of bacon, caramelised bananas, all soaked in a banana toffee sauce, and not forgetting the sprinkles of granola bits.

the banana toffee sauce had the right amount of sweetness, and when eaten together with the caramelised bananas, it was a sweetness overload. definitely satisfied my sweet tooth! #hollerout

yes i'm back yet again! we tried the Snickers Oreo "Mud" Tart ($5.50) & Speculoos Short Tart ($6.80), and accompanied them with Strawberry Cream Tea ($4.20) & Apricot and Peach Tea ($4.20).

once again, it didn't disappoint. my go-to flavour is ALWAYS speculoos, and this short tart combined speculoos spread and speculoos crumbs, which made this heaven. the Snickers went together with the nuts and oreo really well. the apricot and peach tea was really sweet, a little too sweet for me, while the strawberry cream tea wasn't as sweet but had quite the flavour! it would be better if the presentation of the iced drinks looked prettier, so everything would look really presentable and aesthetic!

had the tiramisu ($18) to end off the meal. definitely not cheap! but i mean that's what you get from a fine dining restaurant right. presentation definitely very pretty, but taste wise didn't have that "wow" factor which would have made my money's worth, though i liked the gold flakes which gave each bite something to crunch on. i don't think i'll come back here for the tiramisu specifically, trying it once is probably enough.

we decided to try the Cookie Butter Oreo "Mud" Tart [$5.50] (NEW) & the Sea-salt Nutella Short Tart [$6.80].
first of all, both the "mud" tart and the jar tart look very photogenic and instagram worthy 😍 a great place to get really nice food photos! good food is all about presentation now i guess 👅
the "mud" tart was something like a tiramisu, but with bits of speculoos inside, and oreo crumbs on the top. the cookie butter wasn't that strong, but the speculoos bits helped to bring the flavour out. yummy!
the jar tart had a combination of lots of stuff, from nutella to biscuit crumbs. i could taste the sea-salt at the top, but slowly died down as i went deeper into the jar. however, i really loved the combination of biscuit crumbs with nutella!
this place was a little hard to find, and it closes too early (6pm on mon-thurs, 8pm on fri-sun)! we almost didn't make it in time. i'll be back for sure to try their spaghetti in a jar because it looks very interesting!

Over the top nutella banana milkshake ($16). Literally a cup of diabetes but oh well, this was my lunch! Although a little pricey, it was definitely worth it. I would recommend sharing the milkshakes with someone. It took a little long for it to arrive, which was a little disappointing. Still loved the milkshake! A decadent afternoon treat!

What's the point of coming to P.S. Cafe without trying their deserts right? We were recommended this one; the Golden Banana Butterscotch Cake ($13), which was served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

The banana cake was moist inside and wasn't crumbly, and the butterscotch sauce was absolutely tantalising. A little warmness from the butterscotch, the ice cream cools it down in your mouth, and it went so well with the cake! Again, I would come here more often to eat their cakes if they weren't that expensive!

Sea salt Chocolate Caramel Tart ($6.50). A little small for its price, but it still tasted pretty decent. There was a tiny sprinkle of salt on the tart which complemented the chocolate very well! Would not come back to eat this alone though.
