The Signature Mudpie ($5.80) is really something worth dying for π Three layers of ice cream which were Caramel, Cookies & Cream, and Reverso (Dark Chocolate with Oreos), together with the Oreo crust, OMG literally speechless π± If you love chocolate or Oreos, you need to get this immediately!! So worth the calories man!
I wanted to try the photogenic Matcha Avalanche ($13.90)! Matcha White Chocolate Warm Lava with Azuki Beans flowing onto Chocolate Soil, Crunchy Almond Nougatine & Roasted Green Tea Gelato, how much better can this get? π Lava cake was super soft and the lava had just the right thickness. Overall a really great dessert I wouldn't mind paying for again, just a little bit small though.

Back at @ninjabowl because they have good quality bowls which I wouldn't mind going back for!
β’
Noka ($14) which consisted of 24h braised Beef cheek, Baby Corn, Korean Beansprouts, Mixed Nuts, Onsen egg and Sun-dried Tomatoes. I tasted a little bit of Red Wine in the beef, which gave it a tinge of bitterness, but the taste of the beef still quite strong. The beef cheek was also served in thin shreds!
β’
We also tried the Kabuki ($14) which was a bowl with Seared Honey Chicken Leg, Baby Corn, Korean Beansprouts, Picked Beets, Onsen egg and Fried Shallots. Chicken was well cooked and perfectly seasoned, and as always I really loved their Picked Beets hehe π€
Started my day off with brunch at @atlascoffeehouse ! Of course I couldn't come here without trying their Creamy Mushrooms on Sourdough + Scrambled Eggs ($14 + $3). The mushrooms soaked in a tomato cream sauce and topped with finely shredded cheese paired perfectly with the soft and creamy scrambled eggs.
β’
The Earl Grey Waffles ($12.50) had a very strong Earl Grey flavour, which I absolutely loved π, and the waffles were fluffy on the inside, not that crispy on the outside, but still good nonetheless!
This cup of Red Velvet Mocha ($6.50) was so pretty I couldn't take my eyes off it π Yes, RED VELVET MOCHA! It was a little sweet, but it definitely tasted like Red Velvet Mocha. For people who don't like bitter coffee or if you like Red Velvet and a little coffee, I recommend trying this!

Managed to visit Old Hen today, and had the Chicken Cheese Burrito ($11) for lunch. A burrito cut into half with thinly shredded well-cooked chicken and pieces of tomatoes and capsicum inside, who wouldn't love that? Not sure if I tasted any cheese though, but what took me away was the perfect crispiness and texture of the burrito and the tender chicken of course!

Happy September π Finally tried the Charcoal Lava Toast with Thai Milk Tea Sauce and Thai Milk Tea Ice Cream ($14.90) from @meetandmelt 's new outlet at Scape! We chose Thai Milk Tea Ice Cream and the Thai Milk Tea sauce because why not go all out?? π Steaming hot sauce flowing out from the charcoal toast, and with the combination of a colddd scoop of ice cream, it was pretty good! However, it was a pity how the sauce made the charcoal toast soggy on the inside and hence gave it a weird texture π© The Thai Milk Tea Ice Cream was also a little icy, but definitely had a strong flavour. Honestly, I'd still prefer the Ferrero Rocher Toast ($12.90), which was buttery throughout, and crisp on the outside fluffy on the inside. The texture of that toast just made me melt!!
β’
We waited for pretty long for the toast to arrive, and the staff actually got our order wrong (they made Thai Green Milk Tea sauce instead), but they gave us a scoop of Dark Chocolate on the house (!!!) which was really thick and OMG it was pretty damn good π
NINJAAAA! This cafe was so small, and it was located at the corner of the building I almost missed it! Ordered the highly raved Genki ($16) + Ninja Rice ($2), which consisted of Yaki Unagi, Roasted Pumpkin, Beansprouts, Onsen Egg and Pickled Beets. Really liked how the Unagi was cooked, so soft and perfect! The combination of all ingredients made this rice bowl exceptionally tasty. Didn't know I had to add $2 for the rice though, it should just be included with everything else!
β’
I also ordered the Poutine ($14), which was Shoestring Fries, Melted Cheese, and Beef Chunks. So unhealthy but ahh I couldn't resist! The melted cheese made the whole thing taste very much like a pizza, and the beef chunks were shredded decently. However, I didn't like how the plate was filled with oil and made some of the fries very soggy and oily. I hope this improves!
Decided to drop by Nunsaram to escape the heat! Haven't had bingsu in a while, and I was actually craving for it hehe π I tried the Sweet Potato Bingsu ($14.90), which sounded very unique.
β’
The colour of the sweet potato and the purple powder made the bingsu look so pretty! Other than the sweet potato cubes, there wasn't any sweet potato taste throughout the ice. Ice was shaven well, which made it so refreshing, and it was a reasonable portion for its price! There was also free refills of condensed milk! ππ»
It's FriYAY! π How about having some Buckwheat Pancakes ($19.50) to end the week on a good note? These pancakes aren't your usual type, it had a "banana bread" kinda look on the inside, but definitely fluffier and less dense than banana bread. It was also thicker than normal pancakes. Very unique! This dish is probably known for its presentation, it really looked so pretty I couldn't peel my eyes off! Don't think I would been able to finish it by myself because it was pretty filling. Sadly, a lot of damage done on my wallet for just one pancake! π I also hope they improve the lighting of the place because that hand shadow, just no.
Happy National Day! πΈπ¬ Hope you'll get to spend this day with your loved ones and celebrate together.

The Eggs Piggy ($16) caught my eye because it had Pulled Pork!! *screams* I love pulled pork so much omg. Yolks flowed out smoothly, but I was a bit weirded out by the look of the texture of the eggs.. Tasted fine though. The outer parts of the pork were a little hard, but the inner part was soft and juicy. English muffin was toasted really well!

Went for the Eggs Royale ($16), consisting of two 62Β°C Sous Vide eggs, Lemon Hollandaise, Norwegian Smoked Salmon, on top of a slice of Multigrain bread.
β’
Sadly, I couldn't taste much of the Lemon Hollandaise. But, the eggs were cooked well and the salmon was smoked and seasoned pretty good. I was surprised the multigrain toast was still crisp as if it was just toasted, even after bursting the yolks!
