I had a delightful dining experience at Ingleside - they had different cooking methods and it’s lovely how the server will share about its preparation and ingredients upon serving each dish. The charred asparagus with smoked salmon was a refreshing start, with the smokiness perfectly complementing the tender asparagus. The smoked chicken leg was fall-off-the-bone tender, with a rich, velvety smoke flavor. Ending with the smoked chocolate brownie was pure bliss - the subtle smokiness elevated the deep, dark chocolate to new heights. Each dish showcased expert smoking techniques and bold flavors. Will definitely come back for more!

It was an incredible dining experience at Paradise Pizza! The Deep Fried Burrata was a game-changer - crispy outside, creamy inside, and utterly addictive. The Jap A Dog sourdough pizza was an absolute delight and the taste of it brought me back to Japan. The Wagyu Bolognese was rich and indulgent, with tender meat and a deep, satisfying flavor. I enjoyed the Wagyu cheeseburger with fries, and coleslaw as sides. The Wagyu patty was cooked just right, with a rich, buttery flavor that melted in my mouth. The melted cheese and toasted bun added creamy and sweet touches. The French fries were crispy and perfectly salted, while the coleslaw was cool and refreshing. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal!

I had a delicious meal at One Prawn and Co! The Jumbo Tiger Prawn Ramen was amazing - big, juicy prawns cooked just right with tasty noodles and savoury broth. The Prawn toast with aioli was also equally impressive, crispy on the outside and generously filled with fresh prawn. The crab croquette is a must order too! Every bite was perfect. Great service and big portions too! A must-try for all! Highly recommended!

I had an exceptional dining experience at this steakhouse! The cozy atmosphere and attentive service set the tone for a fantastic meal. The steak was cooked to perfection - tender, flavorful, and with a nice char, complemented by sauces. Standouts also included beef tartar and broccolini not forgetting the good old tiramisu to end off the meal. The quality and portion sizes made it well worth the price. I loved the Hong Kong food! The curry fish balls were spicy and delicious. The roasted char siu with scrambled egg was sweet and savory. And the fried squid was crispy and tender. Everything tasted great together and I felt as though I was actually having a meal in Hong Kong with the interior!

Le Cheng's Chicken Rice is amazing! The kampong chicken is tender, the rice is flavorful, and the flavors are just right. The chili sauce and ginger add a nice kick. But the White Pepper Chicken Soup really steals the show - it's clear, tasty, and warmly spiced. It pairs perfectly with the chicken rice, making for a delicious and comforting meal. Additionally, must order the Ice Lemon Tea to go with the meal! Definitely try it, whether you're local or visiting!

Hiryu's omakase was an amazing experience with delicious and subtle flavors. Each sushi piece was carefully made to highlight the best ingredients. The sushi was incredibly tender and flavorful, showing off the chef's expertise. The cozy setting and personalized service made us feel special, like we were part of a private dinner party. With each beautifully presented piece, we felt like we were in a culinary paradise, enjoying the simplicity and beauty of Japanese food

I enjoyed the food beginning from the complimentary bread that was served warmed to the dessert. Highly recommend the smoked Toretama Egg Seared Toro, grilled wagyu beef sirloin and apple tart + rum raisin ice cream for the dessert! Even the coffee served tastes good! The staff were also very friendly and always ensuring that we are well taken care of.

Dessert - fine apple tart “aux dragees”, Havana rum raisin ice cream

Had the prawn noodle with soup which was indeed rich and creamy! Loved how the portion of prawns were very generous and it was deshelled but most importantly very fresh!

The portion may seem small initially however I would say it’s just right before the taste gets too cloy.

Highly recommend getting a side of the tasting platter ngoh hiang for extra crunch and taste too!
