Bossi's Handmade Noodles Dry ($4) may be a tad pricier than most hawker stall variations, but Tastemaker Wei Zhi Chiang assures us that it is worth the money. The stall used to be run by mom at Seletar a few years back, but her son has revived the stall and moved to Serangoon Garden Market about a year ago. The dry option is actually a new offering on the stall's menu, and is a good way to enjoy the spot-on chilli sauce as well as the soup — both winners in her opinion. The ban mian is thinner than usual, and absolutely springy. It made the perfect base for the coating of slightly sweet black sauce and freshly minced meat (not at all clumpy). The noodles come topped with red chilli paste, which Wei Zhi found quite mild. If you'd like to heat things up, request for their special green chilli sauce for an extra kick! Alternate the noodles with sips of the accompanying wolfberry leaves (kau kee) soup, stirred through with egg — so comforting!

Love how crispy and tasty it is but on the other hand, the honey star milk is just too sweet to my liking.
Treat yourselves to Humpback's amazing Sunday brunch, where their famed oysters (Hama Hama, Blue Pool and Eld Inlet) are at Happy Hour prices ($3) all day! Take your time to enjoy half a dozen oysters while you contemplate the rest of the menu. You'll want to feast on the oozy Fried Egg ($14) served on a bed of octopus, orzo and cheese. While it sounds humble, be sure to get a single serving of Eggs Benedict ($12) — the perfectly poached egg is smothered in sweet crab meat, hollandaise and guacamole. For something with a kick, the Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Sriracha ($10) will satisfy. Should you feel like splurging, there's always the tempting Lobster Roll ($39) and their Brunch Cocktails ($17). Pro tip: Prices quoted are for the small plate size option, ideal for two people to try a variety of dishes.
Avg Price: $65 per couple

The pioneer sated egg yolk croissant but was disappointed when the egg yolk didn't flow like a lava. Flavour was rich though.
Set lunch menu was a steal with 1 main a drink for less than $15 ( after GST) but my vodka crab penne pasta was a disappointment as I could hardly taste any vodka. I would have preferred if they cooked my pasta a little longer. Will stick to their waffle creations next time.
Mac n Cheese and French toast were well received! French toast was fluffy and was lovely accompanied by the scrambled egg. Surprisingly, I didn't find this version of Mac n Cheese overly gelat:)

Thai tea party cream, Thai tea macaroon and super yummz butter sugar toast with Mövenpick vanilla Icecream! Based is filled with butter cake, graham crumbs and toasted almond flakes!
Fried soft shell crab burger. The sauce could be a little more generous but generally a very filling and satisfying dish!
20F Specialty coffee house serves all day breakfast and pasta. We were all hooked by the pasta just by the name of the dishes so we ordered 3 pasta dishes! Duck Agio Olio, Prawn & Poached Egg and Pulled Pork Linguine😋 Something worth mentioning is their duck and waffle. It was quite sensual in one mouth! Sweet, salty, warm and cold.

[Siglap] Back in camp and so not looking forward to the outfield starting tomorrow. How I wish I could be out now having supper, more specially at Springleaf Prata Place for a Plaster Blaster with Masala Hollandaise Sauce ($5). This dish was created for the Ultimate Hawker Fest 2014 which proved to be an ultimate eggporn hit. Absolute kudos to the genius to come up with the innovative idea of stacking a plain crispy prata with slices of ham, a poached egg and homemade masala hollandaise sauce. Can't wait for Ultimate Hawker Fest 2015 which I heard that they will be participating and introducing another one of their new creations. Till then, I can dream about it as I lay on my bunk bed and try to fall asleep. #hawkerpedia
@Bridge.Sg introduces Lobster Croissant to their menu. Fresh, firm chunks of Boston lobster, scrambled eggs, bacon & baby spinach on a buttery croissant. Served with truffle honey vinaigrette mesclun on the side.
