With the bakery craze of 2020, sourdough and the like are hitting homes like hot cakes. The sourdough here has great flavor and depth and is well made. The cheese doesn’t feel too heavy with the drizzle of honey over and lots of crunch. My only gripe is that they over toasted the bread making the edges almost impossible to chew or bite off.

an upgrade to the classic homely snack that my grandma used to make.
Monster loves deep fried bread! Nothing like a big bite of Crispy oily bread!
Now here’s a first for me, eating pork served on a bed of ice. The idea is to create a jelly like texture with the tomato sauce to contrast the crispy fried pork inside.
It’s been awhile since I had decent Sweet and sour pork, and this was a pretty good rendition. Although at a much steeper price point. Worth a try!
One of the most visually stunning dessert on the menu! The details are so intricate I’ve seen people mistake it for a real pot. Scooping from it, instead of cutting through it.
The flavors are on point! I really love the crunchy matcha pebbles!
Monster loves the attention to detail and the intricacies of this!
The croissants were super flaky and buttery but the star of this dish was the scrambled eggs. The blend of herbs and chili to the eggs was inspired!
