Symmetry has always been popular for their awesome brunch menu but I urge you to try out their dinner menu. This Canelloni sent me to the moon and back. The Canelloni is filled with creamy prawns and scallop dipped in a creamy pesto (I think) and Roe. Every mouth is packed with flavours and texture. simply awesome!!!

Don't expect cheap prices here but rest assured, the ingredients and quality you're getting at Black Cow is top of the grade! 😝

Using wagyu for tsukune? It resulted in the most buttery smooth meatball I've ever had! *mouthgasm* 😍 Even their eggs are a special Japanese sashimi grade variety, making it all the more amazing when your dunk the meat into it.

You'll find only the finest Japanese meats at this posh restaurant. Located within South Beach Tower and just steps away from Esplanade MRT Station, this establishment is a convenient spot for a business meal to impress, or to squeeze in a lunch date over delicious rice bowls. If it's the latter, order the decadent Foie Gras Bifuteki ($45) that comes with melt-in-the-mouth cubes of fatty foie gras and tender slices of Japanese wagyu beef. Each set comes with salad, miso soup and dessert. Pro tip: For a business dinner, call ahead to request for the private room (sits eight, minimum spending of $1000) and be sure to opt for the Omi Wagyu Japanese Sukiyaki ($130). After swishing those wonderfully marbled slices of beef in the sukiyaki base, add on the Signature Truffle Egg Sukiyaki Rice ($12) — Hokkaido rice and a sashimi-grade Japanese egg cooked in the remaining stock, topped with a generous amount of truffle shavings. Heavenly.

🎄 the Hot Butter Ball ($16) was rye bread stuffed with turkey that had been tenderly sous vide, and it was evident in the amazing fluffy texture. It came topped with a sweet cranberry sauce and spiced bread stuffing for Christmas-y flavours. The Porchetta ($16) was a unanimous favourite between us, with roasted pork belly and a crisply fried skin that delivered a satisfying crunch, paired with caramelized onions and roasted garlic aioli sandwiched in ciabatta. So sinful, but oh so good 😲 #burpple #parkbenchdeli

Homeboy now baby. 🍞

Porchetta (💵S$16) : Roasted Pork Belly, Roasted Garlic Aioli, Caramelised Onions, Arugula & Ciabatta. 🐷
I'm such a slut for Roasted Pork Belly & PBD does it pretty well, along with the Roasted Garlic Aioli & Caramelised Onions... just take my money already 😋

ACAMASTIPS💮: Part of the Festive Menu for the Christmas month, along with Hot Butter Ball (💵S$16) : sous vide Turkey, Rye Bread, Bread Stuffing, Cranberry & Truffled Chicken Jus. Grab it before it's gone. 🖖🏻

@parkbenchdeli's Porchetta ($16) is filled with loads of crispy pork belly, garlic aioli, arangula between toasty ciabatta. Finding the skin of the pork belly has got to be like a mini treasure hunt, with surprises every now & then.
Top up another $10 for chips & a can of Modern Times Fortunate Island, cause beer can be drunk all day errday.
Merry Christmas errbady 🎉🎅🏼

It's a 'Vegetarian'($15)'s cheat meal la, fried eggs, grilled cheese, guac, pickled spicy Mexican-style slaw stuffed in a hoagie roll. EVERY non-believer that I recommended this became a fan. Tip: drizzle sirarcha for that spice on spice.

Perhaps sandwiches aren't quite their forte. The ingredients listed on the menu does sound pretty reminiscent of Pork Belly Banh Mi. While the elements within were decent with the pork belly being tender and jiggly with melt-in-the-mouth fats, the entire baguette felt like it lacked something to provide that oomph. Probably there was a lack of fish sauce, or it could have been overall too bready with the thick baguette or it was missing of that delightful crispness — it just feel short of being an outstanding sandwich that it could have been.
