Coconut Cream Fish Gratin. Dredge 1/2 kilo fish fillet, cut into cubes, in flour and shake off excess. Pan-fry until brown. Combine 1 sachet Knorr Ginataang Gulay Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay - Sitaw at Kalabasa with 1 cup water and bring to boil. Add 1/2 cup corn kernels and 1/2 cup sliced mushroom and reduce heat to simmer until thick. Add 1 cup all purpose cream and fish fillet. Let this simmer to 2 minutes. Cornflake-Crusted Fish. Drizzle lemon juice on all sides of the fish fillets. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly dredge fillets in flour and dip in beaten egg. Lightly press the fillets on pounded cornflakes to coat all sides. Fry fish fillet in batches for about 2 to 3 minutes on both sides or until cooked through and the breading is crisp. Hoisin Beef Tenderloin and Lychee Stir-Fry. Make the stir-fry sauce by combining 2 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp water in a bowl and mix well. Lightly season 200 g beef cubes with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a wok and saute 1/4 cup leeks, sliced diagonally. Add beef and saute until almost cooked. Add 1/2 cup lychees and stir-fry sauce. Asadong Matua (old-fashioned pork asado). Ina pan, sear 1/2 kilo pork. Remove seared meat. Set aside. In the same pan, saute 1 piece onion, sliced, 1 clove minced garlic, and 1/8 kilo sliced fresh tomato. Cook tomatoes well. Add 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Put meat back into the pan. Let it cook for a while with the sauce. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Bring the heat down to medium and add 1/4 cup calamansi juice. Cover and cook until all the liquid has evaporated and the meat is tender. Season with salt and pepper. Bacon and Egg Cups. Preheat oven to 350•f. In a pan over medium heat, pre-cook 6 pieces bacon until almost crispy. Drain on paper towels. Set aside. Brush a standard-sized 6-cup muffin tin with butter. Line each hole with the cooked bacon strips, making sure to cover each hole completely. Break an egg in a bowl and carefully transfer to a bacon-lined hole. Repeat with remaining eggs. Bake for 10 minutes. I got this from yummy july issue. #instacollage #lunch #yummy

Chocolate chip and peanut brownie
Preheat oven to 250 degress f. Grease and line the base of a pan. Place 2 cups chocolate chipc and 1/2 cup butter in a pan. Stir in 2 eggs , lightly beaten, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Fold in 1 cup flour and 1 cup peanuts. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes, until sides shrink slightly from pan. Cool in pan before cutting into squares. #yummy #sweet
