Hoisin Beef Tenderloin and Lychee Stir-Fry. Make the stir-fry sauce by combining 2 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp water in a bowl and mix well. Lightly season 200 g beef cubes with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a wok and saute 1/4 cup leeks, sliced diagonally. Add beef and saute until almost cooked. Add 1/2 cup lychees and stir-fry sauce.
