Coconut Cream Fish Gratin. Dredge 1/2 kilo fish fillet, cut into cubes, in flour and shake off excess. Pan-fry until brown. Combine 1 sachet Knorr Ginataang Gulay Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay - Sitaw at Kalabasa with 1 cup water and bring to boil. Add 1/2 cup corn kernels and 1/2 cup sliced mushroom and reduce heat to simmer until thick. Add 1 cup all purpose cream and fish fillet. Let this simmer to 2 minutes.
