Fistek. Season 1/2k fish fillet then dredge in flour. Shake off excess and deep-fry in oil until brown. Sweat 2 onions sliced into rings in oil then add 1/2 liter water. Bring to simmer and add soy sauce and 1 pc fish cubes. Add the fish fillets and sugar then reduce sauce until desired consistency. Add calamasi juice to taste and serve.
