Very strong peppercorn smell, it's not the V tender kind and the heat creeps up, surprisingly spicy
The spices are pretty unique, there's a bit of sweetness on the surface as well, and texture was decent

Put here once and for all so I don't have to write their prices anymore haha
The large intestines had a tad of stench but nothing when you eat it, and it's got their signature bite like the rest of their cold dishes
The noodles itself was good, quite springy, peanuts were below average, soup was okay but somehow the very finely minced meat adds a surprising amount of umami so that overall it's decent. Not authentic though
The pork ribs didn't have much flavour, and the braising sauce wasn't good which was very surprising for this stall
It's a new item, there's quite a bit of sweetness, and very satisfying cos it's all ckn thigh chunks
The beancurd was super fragrant from the oil, but not in a overpowering way, just in a understated manner
Almost a must try on its own
