here I am dreaming about a certain @320below ice cream 🤤
Frozen and made on the spot with liquid nitrogen 🌬🌬, it's made with fresh ingredients, no artificial sweeteners or preservatives!!

2) Chocolate with waffle
3) Brownie & Choc lava cake with ice cream 🍫
Personally I recommend trying the COCONUT and EARL GREY flavours. They were my favs. I don't usually like coconut ice creams but this was not overly sweet and was refreshing (there were coconut bits 😋)

Plus I throughly enjoyed the making process!! JUST LOOK AT THAT FOG OF DRY ICE THINGY 🤓 #geeking

Chocolate lava cake with coconut ice cream - the coconut ice cream had a nice aroma and the coconut bits added texture to it. The chocolate lava cake was a tad overcooked tho, but still tasted good.

Pros: Not too sweet & freshly made on the spot. Smoke caused by nitrogen is fun to look at 😅 Fav flavour: coconut & choc mint.

T'was very sweet! We much preferred the Coconut Ice-Cream made with zero sugar.

(1) Waffles with Salted Caramel & Mint Chocolate (2) Brownie with Cookies n Cream (3) Price: $12.80 + $9.90 (4) Rate: 5/5 because they make the ice cream instantly!!

While the waffle could be done better which we agreed unanimously — another benefit of eating with fellow food lover is you get to engage in an endless conversation about the dish — the two scoops of ice cream made with liquid nitrogen à la minute were amazingly creamy and smooth. We had the blackforest and cendol. And all these even before we had dinner...because we didn't wanna stand in line to wait for our turn for our hotpot pig-out. We told them to call us instead when our table is ready. Ok, that's all.
