Didn’t expect to taste such nice Putien Fried Bee Hoon at a coffee shop! The standard is comparable to that of Putien! The Bee Hoon are thin yet fluffy, with a generous amount of clams, squids and prawns! This is only the small sized one! Hope they keep their standard like this all the way! Definitely going back for this again!!
The rich and comforting collagen-laden stock plays it like Tsukada Nojo's soup crossed with a particularly wok-hei hor fun gravy, playing swimming pool to a medley of ingredients such as vegetables, chicken and various oceanic characters like prawns, fish, lala clams and squid.
