You can expect dishes like flower crab and snow crab leg in their cold seafood section, black pepper crab, crabmeat with avocado salad, glass noodle crabmeat salad with lime leaves, oden hotspot soup with crab stick & soft shell crab maki. Not all will be featured everyday, so depends on your luck! 😋

There are four themes, namely Asian wok-fried, cold seafood, salad and Japanese. You can enjoy free flow of local favourites such as Salted Egg Crab and Black Pepper Crab as well.
For the price, I think it's pretty worth it as you can enjoy other dishes that are available in an international buffet as well.

☺️ This March, Chef Wan is hosting a special Nyonya Fair at 1 Market, the first halal restaurant in Singapore by the illustrious chef. And 10 traditional peranakan dishes added to the buffet spread, such as Nyonya laksa, bibik's roasted whole duck etc. The Nyonya fair will be held from 6th-31st Mar 2015 👌

This comes in two sizes, $38 for 3-4 pax and $48 for 7-10 pax. Not featured here is the generous slices of salmon that come along with the yusheng.

Tossing up my Friday early with a hand-packed Yu Sheng from 1Market, where Celebrity Chef Wan introduces his inaugural Prosperity Yusheng with tangy homemade Thai Sauce. It comes in two sizes: Small (share 4 to 6 pax; $38) and Large (share 7 to 10 pax; $48).

Every one, including Non-Chinese and other ethnicities can toss up in joy and prosperity with your loved ones over steamboat and Yu Sheng from now to 5 March 2015. In case you are not aware, 1Market By Chef Wan is the first halal-certified buffet restaurant in Singapore, featuring a gastronomic spread of hearty appetisers, salads, fresh seafood, grills, casserole, hotpot and desserts helmed with Halal Asian recipes.
